The companies roots go back more than 30 years to the founders fascination with all things technology that lead him to gain a degree in Electrical Engineering and in the following years gain significant experience developing properties for himself whilst also working in the technology sector.
Founded in 2012 based on the desire step away from the corporate world the company has undertaken a hugely diverse range of projects covering everything from a simple socket change in a domestic property to the full redevelopment of old or disused buildings into high end student and residential accommodation, please see the projects page for an insight into the projects we have undertaken, and information on the companies we have partnered with in completing the larger projects.
Key to the success of any project, big or small, is building a strong and honest relationship with the clients and gaining a good understanding of expectations.
